Dalla pop art di Warhol ai selfie di Ai Weiwei 13 Dicembre 2015
La National Gallery of Victoria di Melbourne ha appena inaugurato una “doppia personale” d’eccezione. Due degli artisti più influenti del nostro tempo, Ai Weiwei ed Andy Warhol, si confrontano idealmente sul terreno espositivo, aprendo la strada a paralleli, differenze, intersezioni e tangenze tra le rispettive pratiche artistiche e i contesti di riferimento - l’America del secondo Novecento e la Cina di oggi; lasciando spazio a una riflessione più ampia sul rapporto tra arte, politica, società e mass-media.
