I migliori edifici e progetti di interior design del 2018

Terzo trionfo per Singapore ai cosiddetti "Oscars dell'Architettura": dopo i Cooled Conservatories dei Gardens by the Bay - opera di Wilkinson Eyre, Grant Associates, Atelier One e Atelier Ten - e il complesso The Interlace, progettato da OMA e Buro Ole Scheeren, per la terza volta il titolo di World Building of the Year è stato assegnato a un edificio progettato nella città-Stato asiatica. Il riconoscimento, conferito nei giorni scorsi, è andato al complesso edilizio ricoperto di verde Kampung Admiralty, progettato da WOHA. Ad Amsterdam (dove dal 28 al 30 novembre si è svolto sia il World Architecture Festival sia INSIDE - World Festival of Interiors) sono stati inoltre assegnati ulteriori premi, anche nelle categorie relative agli uffici, agli edifici residenziali, agli hotel, alle strutture scolastiche. Cina, Australia, Turchia, Regno Unito e Stati Uniti sono stati i cinque Paesi che hanno ottenuto il maggior numero di candidature.
