Affronta il tema cruciale dell'emergenza climatica il percorso installativo progettato e realizzato da Dotdotdot, lo studio nato a Milano nel 2004 che tra i primi in Italia ha iniziato a operare nell’ambito dell’Interaction Design. L'opera, che ha debuttato da pochi giorni al maat - Museo di Arte, Architettura e Tecnologia di Lisbona, si compone di quattro installazioni e si intitola "EARTH BITS - Sensing the Planetary". Nel complesso, decodifica dati scientifici aggiornati sotto forma di contenuti multimediali e transmediali: una modalità che consente anche a un pubblico non specialistico di acquisire consapevolezza in merito a contenuti altrimenti di difficile accesso, ricorrendo a installazioni interattive, dataviz, wallpaper digitali e video animati. Declinata in quattro temi, "EARTH BITS - Sensing the Planetary", che salvo modifiche nel calendario di apertura del museo dovrebbe essere visitabile fino al 6 settembre prossimo, è compresa in "maat Explorations", il programma di esposizioni, attività didattiche e public program che il museo portoghese sta dedicando alla trasformazione ambientale in corso nel pianeta.
